Headaches can have many causes, and some arise from stiff joints or tight muscles in the neck and upper back, particularly after long hours at a desk or on a phone. Michelle starts with a detailed assessment of your history and how your neck moves, so your care is based on what is going on for you.
Care may include hands-on treatment of the neck and upper back, muscle work, stretches and exercise advice, with the aim of supporting your movement between visits. If your assessment suggests you may need further investigation, Michelle will explain this and advise on next steps.
