Great chiropractic care starts with understanding you as an individual. Michelle creates evidence-based treatment plans around your needs and goals, with a compassionate, holistic approach that feels right for you.
Michelle's journey began when she joined a chiropractic clinic in an administrative role. She noticed how many people had lived with their symptoms for so long that they had come to accept them as normal, and she became fascinated by what chiropractic care could offer.
Having experienced migraines herself, she knows first-hand what it is like to look for answers, and how empowering it is to have a clear, conservative plan to support your wellbeing. That inspired her to help others feel the same sense of understanding and control over their health.
With a background in personal training and exercise instruction, Michelle has always been passionate about health, movement and helping people reach their goals. After completing her Master's degree in Chiropractic at AECC University College, she was able to bring those interests together in a career focused on helping people feel and function at their best.
Michelle believes great care starts with listening. She takes the time to understand your concerns, explains things clearly and builds an evidence-based plan around your needs and goals, in a supportive environment.
