These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at ultrawellness.uk (the "Site"), our booking app on iOS and Android, and all services provided at our Ultra Wellness centre. Please read them carefully before using our services. By using the Site, app, or our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All sessions are subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific appointment slot.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, including the relevant contraindications for your chosen therapy.
At Ultra Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and ensuring fair access to appointments for all clients. Our cancellation policy protects the time of our therapists and the availability of sessions for all clients.
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. We will always apply this policy with fairness and common sense. However, to operate sustainably, we ask all clients to respect the notice periods below.
All clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This applies to all booking types. Notice can be provided by cancelling via online booking system or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp.
Clients using prepaid session credits from a purchased package are subject to the following:
Forfeited credits will not be refunded or reinstated once a second offence has been recorded.
Clients on a monthly direct debit membership with a set number of sessions per month are subject to the following:
Clients on an unlimited direct debit membership have access to unrestricted bookings. As session credits cannot be forfeited, financial penalties apply as follows:
Charges will be applied within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
Ultra Wellness reserves the right to waive any cancellation fee or credit forfeiture at its sole discretion in cases of genuine emergency, including:
Requests to waive a penalty under exceptional circumstances must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Each case will be considered individually and our decision will be final.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Ultra Wellness Limited to deduct your monthly dues from your credit or debit card. You will be charged on the same date each month from the date you sign up, until you cancel or the membership is terminated by Ultra Wellness Limited.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. During this period, memberships cannot be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Ultra Wellness. If you attempt to cancel before the minimum term has elapsed, you remain liable for any remaining monthly payments within that 3-month period.
If you wish to cancel your membership after the minimum 3-month term, you must submit written notice by email to [email protected] at least 15 days before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew thereafter. Any unused credits at the point of cancellation will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
All membership clients are required to maintain a valid card on file for the duration of their membership. This is required to process monthly direct debit payments and, where applicable, to apply cancellation fees in accordance with Section 4.
Ultra Wellness reserves the right to amend membership pricing. We will provide a minimum of 30 days written notice of any price increase affecting existing memberships. Continued use of the membership following notification of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Any advance payments made for services, packages, gift vouchers or memberships are considered non-refundable, except where Ultra Wellness fails to deliver within the guidelines of these terms and conditions.
Important: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
By making an advance payment for our services and packages, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract where services will be delivered. In certain circumstances this may affect your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have any questions about your rights, please contact us directly.
Prices and availability displayed on the Site, app, or in our centre may change at any time. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
By creating an account with Ultra Wellness, you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including emails and SMS about our latest offers, services, and promotions. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
By making any payment to Ultra Wellness Limited, online or at our centre, you consent to us retaining your card information on our system in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation. All card data is held securely and confidentially. You may contact us at any time to request removal of your payment details.

Clients under the age of 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before attending any session. Each therapy has its own specific age requirements. Please contact us before booking for anyone under the age of 18:
Ultra Wellness reserves the right to refuse treatment to any minor where appropriate consent has not been provided.
The services provided by Ultra Wellness are intended to support general wellness, recovery, performance optimisation and wellbeing. Services offered do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our services are not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and clients should continue to seek and follow advice from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals where necessary.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, health conditions, symptoms, injuries, and any changes to their health status.
If you have concerns regarding your health, symptoms, suitability for treatment, or existing medical conditions, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating in any service provided by Ultra Wellness.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ultra Wellness shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted health information provided by clients or from failure to follow advice, guidance, or safety instructions provided during services.
Ultra Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements from any service provided. Outcomes vary depending on the individual, health status, adherence, lifestyle factors, and other variables outside our control.
By participating in services provided by Ultra Wellness, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
If you are unsure about any contraindication listed below or any other potential contraindication, you must consult your doctor or a treating medical professional before booking any service at Ultra Wellness.

This Site is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to copy or use any material from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Ultra Wellness owns all intellectual property rights to the content of the Site, including products, services, trademarks and logos. Any copying, deletion, or modification of any materials, or creating links to or from the Site without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
The Site must not be used to post, upload or transmit any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene or pornographic material, or to harass or infringe the rights of others. Ultra Wellness reserves the right to remove any content and block access to the Site in the event of any such breach.
Ultra Wellness will fully cooperate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities in any investigation of suspected unlawful activity or violations of network security.

Services may be terminated immediately if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, or if any payment due to Ultra Wellness is not received, including where a card on file is invalid or non-functional.
